The numbers are read out of the picture and dropped into the right boxes. The original photo stays attached to the day, so there is always proof of where a number came from.

If you would rather not touch the internet, or the company laptop is locked down, the whole thing runs locally and keeps every bit of data in one folder you pick — a USB stick, a synced folder, a drive on the rig LAN. Copy the folder and you have moved or backed up the entire well.
